RcdmForms
This is a catch-page for my WildLand Fire forms- specifically for Supply.
Property Issue Card —- and it’s explanation
This card is printed out and used by the supply crew (who sit at the desk) and issue property out to fire-folk. It is a way of tracking everything: What do they have checked out, what were they accountable for (accountable property like pumps), how much consumable stuff are they going through, etc. It’s used as documentation for the Supply and lives in the “front desk” box- until they are demob’d – and then are transitioned to the doc box.
Resource Order (for local purchase) — and it’s explanation
This card/document is a place where you can put all your ‘pink’ 213 information. Sick of looking through a million 213s to find data? No longer! You have 1 sheet that all the information is transferred to and can be signed by the recipient of the local purchase. This goes into the doc box when the page is filled up.
Accountable Property Catch-all — and it’s explanation
T-cards are helpful for visualizing everything, but they can be lost or blown down. Also, accountable property should be verified every 14 days of it’s position/location- which (when using T-cards) makes life difficult. This card is a catch-all. A duplication of the T-cards, but on 1 sheet. It makes it easier to transfer property, update, and keep all your spikes/DP/base camps on the same page when it comes to accountable property. (The step after this would be to digitize it in Excel/Google Sheets- to make finding duplicates and typos easier)
