K 3 (Promethazine 25 mg) Pill imprint K 3 has been identified as Promethazine hydrochloride 25 mg. Uses:

inflammation of respiratory tract mucous membranes, coughs, asthma, bronchitis, sinus pain and inflammation, and respiratory infections. (Drop on cotton ball and sniff through out day)

It is also used as an antiseptic, insect repellent, and treatment option for wounds, burns, and ulcer. (Apply like any cream- directly on wound)
